53 Unauthorised possession of unused docket book
In this rule – docket means any of the following:commercial abalone dive docket; transfer docket; diving team docket; fish dispatch docket; fish receipt docket.
Subject to subsection (3), a person must not have possession of an unused docket unless it was issued to the person and the person is the holder of a fishing licence (abalone dive) or a fish processing licence. Grade 3 penalty.
Subrule (2) does not apply to a person who is acting as the agent of another person (the principal) if the unused docket was issued to the principal and the principal is the holder of a fishing licence (abalone dive) or a fish processing licence.
