29 Holder of licence not to engage in other fishing
A person must not, while fishing under the authority of a fishing licence (commercial dive), take fish other than controlled fish. Grade 3 penalty.
A person must not, while fishing under the authority of a fishing licence (commercial dive), engage in any recreational fishing for which a licence is required under the Act. Grade 2 penalty.
