27 Possession and sale of Undaria
In this rule – imported Undaria means Undaria that was – lawfully imported into the State; and not taken in State waters.
Subject to these rules, a person may be in possession of, or sell, Undaria that – has been taken under the authority of a fishing licence (Undaria) or fishing licence (introduced marine plant); or is imported Undaria.
