Fisheries (Processing and Handling) Amendment Rules 2020

I make the following rules under the Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995.

These rules may be cited as the Fisheries (Processing and Handling) Amendment Rules 2020.

These rules take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.

In these rules, the Fisheries (Processing and Handling) Rules 2010 are referred to as the Principal Rules.

Rule 5 of the Principal Rules is amended by omitting "10" and substituting "11".

The amendment effected by this rule has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Fisheries (Processing and Handling) Rules 2010.
