10 Application of Act to primary food production
Parts 5 and 7 do not apply to or in respect of primary food production.
The functions conferred on authorised officers by Parts 4 and 6 may only be exercised in respect of primary food production – to enable the investigation and prosecution of offences against this Act; or in connection with the making or enforcement of emergency orders under Part 3.
