Food Act 2003

No liability attaches to –

the Crown, an enforcement agency, an authorised officer or any other authority or person engaged in the administration of this Act; or a person employed by the Crown or an enforcement agency to carry out analyses for the purposes of this Act –

for an honest act or omission in the exercise or discharge, or purported exercise or discharge, of a power, function or duty under this Act.
