67 Review of decision to refuse certificate of clearance
A person aggrieved by a decision of an authorised officer to refuse to give a certificate of clearance under this Part may apply to the appropriate review body for a review of the decision.
An application under subsection (1) must be made within 28 days after the day on which notification of the decision is received.
