15 Registration of notice relating to private timber reserve
Where a notice is published in the Gazette under section 11 declaring any land as a private timber reserve, the Authority shall forthwith cause the notice to be registered in respect of that land.
Where a notice is published in the Gazette under section 13(6) or 14(11) by which the whole or any part of a private timber reserve ceases to be, or ceases to form part of, a private timber reserve, the Authority shall forthwith cause the notice to be registered in respect of the land to which it relates.
The provisions of Schedule 1 have effect in relation to the registration of notices under this section.
Nothing in section 40 of the Land Titles Act 1980 shall be construed as affecting the validity of any notice referred to in this section or as prejudicing or affecting the registration of any such notice.
