40C Code of conduct to be made available
As soon as practicable after the Board issues or revokes a code of conduct, the Board is to serve on each forest practices officer a copy of the code of conduct or the notice of revocation of the code of conduct.
The Authority must, at the request of a person, provide the person with an up-to-date copy of a code of conduct, or part of a code of conduct.
The Authority must allow a person to peruse a code of conduct, free of charge, at the office of the Authority, at any time within the hours during which that office is normally open.
The Authority must make available, in the manner that the Board considers appropriate, copies of a code of conduct.
