79 Application for administrative review
A person whose interests are affected by a reviewable decision may apply to the Regulator for an administrative review of the decision.
An application under subsection (1) for an administrative review of a reviewable decision must be in writing and set out in detail the grounds on which the person seeks the review.
An application under subsection (1) for an administrative review of a reviewable decision must be made – within 28 days after the date on which notice of the decision was given to the person; or if the person has requested under section 78 a statement of the reasons for the decision – within 28 days after those reasons are provided under that section.
An application under subsection (1) for an administrative review of a reviewable decision does not of itself affect the operation of the decision.
