In this section – commencement day means the day on which Part 3 of this Act commences.

Any acceptance or approval issued by the Director of Gas Safety under the Gas Act 2000 or the Gas Pipelines Act 2000 and in force immediately before the commencement day is valid and remains in force as if it had been issued under this Act on the same terms and conditions, unless it is sooner revoked in accordance with this Act.
