25 Auditing of safety case
A licensee must have the implementation of its safety case audited as required by the Director. Fine not exceeding 500 penalty units.
Within 14 days of receiving an audit report under subsection (1), the licensee must submit a copy of it to the Director. Fine not exceeding 500 penalty units.
