57 Determinations to be published and made available
As soon as practicable after the Minister or the Director issues a determination, the Director is to cause the determination to be published in the Gazette.
The Director must provide a person with a copy of a determination or part of a determination if the person – requests it; and pays to the Director a reasonable fee determined by the Director.
The Director must allow a person to peruse a determination, free of charge, at the office of the Director at any time within the hours during which that office is normally open.
