75 Authorised investigations
An investigation by an authorised officer is an authorised investigation if the purpose of the investigation is –
to monitor compliance with this Act; or to gather information about a suspected offence against this Act; or to gather information about a personal injury, or damage to, or loss of, property, relating to a regulated activity.
