56 Type B appliance records
A person must, within 48 hours of undertaking work on a Type B appliance, provide the owner of the Type B appliance with the following:
fabrication records;
installation records;
as-commissioned records;
maintenance records;
modification records.
In the case of – a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 50 penalty units; or a natural person, a fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
