Guardianship and Administration Act 1995

A health practitioner, authorised decision maker or other person acting under the authority of this Act does not incur any civil or criminal liability for an act done or omitted to be done by the person in good faith, without negligence and in accordance with, or purportedly in accordance with, an advance care directive.

For the purposes of this section, a reference to the civil liability of a person includes a reference to liability arising under disciplinary, regulatory, administrative or similar proceedings.
