46A Power to make guardianship order or administration order
At the hearing of an application under this Part for the consent of the Tribunal to the carrying out of medical or dental treatment on a person, the Tribunal, in addition to giving or refusing that consent, may make under section 65 a guardianship order or an administration order, or both, if satisfied of the matters specified in section 20(1)(b) and (c) or section 51(1)(b) and (c), or both those sections.
