Guide Dogs (Approved Institution) Order 2006

I make the following order under section 2 of the Guide Dogs and Hearing Dogs Act 1967.

This order may be cited as the Guide Dogs (Approved Institution) Order 2006.

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

I declare the Royal Guide Dogs for the Blind Association of Tasmania (ACN 009 486 873) to be an approved guide dogs institution for the purposes of the Guide Dogs and Hearing Dogs Act 1967.
