1. Section 6 is repealed and the following section is substituted:
6. Responsible tribunal for Health Practitioner Regulation National Law The Health Practitioners Tribunal established by the Health Practitioners Tribunal Act 2010 is a responsible tribunal for the purposes of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law.
The amendments effected by Section 58 and this Schedule have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Tasmania) Act 2010.
