False or misleading statements

Current

A person must not, in giving any information under this Act –

make a statement knowing it to be false or misleading; or omit any matter from a statement knowing that without that matter the statement is false or misleading.

Fine not exceeding 30 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or both.
