1. Schedule 1 is amended by inserting after item 8 the following item:
9. A decision of the council, or a commission, under the Judicial Commissions Act 2024.

1. Section 6 is amended by inserting after subsection (2) the following subsection:
This Act does not apply to information that –
is in the possession of –
the council, or a commission, within the meaning of the Judicial Commissions Act 2024; or a person acting for, or on behalf of, the council or a commission; and
the council, or a commission, within the meaning of the Judicial Commissions Act 2024; or
a person acting for, or on behalf of, the council or a commission; and
was given to, or received or brought into existence by, the council, the commission or a person for the purposes of an examination of, or inquiry into, a complaint under that Act.

1. After section 5, the following section is inserted:
5A. Professional development The Chief Justice is responsible for promoting the training, education and professional development of the judges, including acting judges and the Associate Judge, of the Supreme Court and may, from time to time, implement such programs for that purpose as the Chief Justice thinks fit.
The amendments effected by Section 65 and this Schedule have been incorporated into authorised versions of the following Acts:
Judicial Review Act 2000;
Right to Information Act 2009;
Supreme Court Act 1887.
