52 Direction of warrant
A warrant to apprehend a defendant so that he or she may answer a complaint may be directed to – a police officer by name; or all police officers without naming them; or to a named police officer and all other police officers.
If a police officer named in a warrant is unable to act on the warrant, another police officer may execute the warrant.
