Taking evidence and receiving submission

In force

The justices may announce findings or orders, take evidence, receive submissions or sentence a person in relation to any proceedings by –

the personal appearance of a person; or audio link or audio visual link, within the meaning of the Evidence (Audio and Audio Visual Links) Act 1999; or any other means of communication.
