82 Rules of Court
Rules may be made under the Supreme Court Civil Procedure Act 1932 for the purpose of regulating – the manner of making an application to the Court under this Act; and proceedings brought in or before the Court under this Act.
Rules made pursuant to subsection (1) may prescribe all matters necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.
Rules are not to be made pursuant to subsection (1) if those rules are inconsistent with any regulations made under this Act.
