169E Prescribed fees
Subject to section 169EA, the fees prescribed in Schedule 3 are payable under this Act for the matters to which they respectively relate.
A prescribed fee – is to be paid to the Recorder or an agent appointed by the Recorder; and may be paid in any manner approved by the Recorder.
A person may, if so authorised by the Recorder or an agent appointed by the Recorder for the purpose, pay a prescribed fee after the transaction to which it relates.
