40W Determination of amendment where concurrent permit application sought
A planning authority to which a request is made under section 40T(1) may agree, or refuse to agree, to the request.
A planning authority must notify a person who has made a request under section 40T(1) of its decision under subsection (1) in relation to the request.
If the planning authority agrees to a request under section 40T(1), Division 3, apart from section 40I, applies in relation to the application for an amendment of the LPS to which the request relates.
