Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993

An owner of land may apply to the Appeal Tribunal for an amendment to a proposed agreement if – under a planning scheme, use or development for specified purposes is conditional upon an agreement being entered into under this Part; and the owner objects to any provision of the agreement.

The Appeal Tribunal may approve the proposed agreement with or without amendments.

For the purposes of the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2020, an application under this section is deemed to be an appeal.
