24 Trustee Act 1898 amended
Section 4 of the Trustee Act 1898 is amended by omitting the definition of valuer and substituting the following definition:
valuer means a person who is qualified to practise as a land valuer under section 4 of the Land Valuers Act 2001.
The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Trustee Act 1898.
