498 Other means of publicising disciplinary action
Subject to an order made by the Tribunal, Supreme Court or other corresponding disciplinary body or a determination by the Board made under section 454 or 456, the Board may publicise disciplinary action taken against an Australian legal practitioner in any manner the Board thinks fit.
Nothing in this section affects the provisions of this Part relating to the Register.
