651 Change of name
If a body referred to in this Act changes its name, the Governor, by order, may amend the provisions of this Act in which the name of the body occurs by substituting the body's new name.
If a body referred to in this Act ceases to exist, the Governor, by order, may amend the provisions of this Act in which the name of the body occurs by substituting the name of a body which the Governor is satisfied substantially represents the interests represented by the first-mentioned body.
