12 Quota of electors
For the purpose of each redistribution of the State, the Electoral Commissioner must determine, as at a date nominated by the Electoral Commissioner, the Council division quota in accordance with subsection (2) and publish notice of the determination in accordance with section 30.
The Council division quota is the average Council division enrolment as at the date nominated by the Electoral Commissioner under subsection (1).
