Legislative Council Electoral Boundaries Act 1995

Where, under this Part, a notice is required to be published by the Electoral Commissioner, the Redistribution Committee or the Tasmanian Augmented Electoral Commission, the notice is to be published–

in the Gazette; and in 3 newspapers circulating generally in the State; and in such regional newspapers circulating in a part of the State as the Electoral Commissioner, the Committee or the Tasmanian Augmented Electoral Commission considers appropriate; and by such other means as the Electoral Commissioner, the Committee or the Tasmanian Augmented Electoral Commission thinks appropriate.
