Witnesses to appear at hearing, &c.

Current

A person who has been served with a notice to appear at a hearing of the Commission shall– attend in accordance with the notice; or produce a document or any other thing specified in the notice. Fine not exceeding 5 penalty units.

A person called as a witness at a hearing before the Commission shall not– refuse to be sworn or to affirm; or refuse to answer any question the person would be required to answer in a court; or answer any question incorrectly. Fine not exceeding 5 penalty units.
