30 Surrender of liquor licence
A liquor licence may be surrendered to the Commissioner at any time.
A surrender may relate to – all or any part of the licensed premises; or all or any of the activities authorized by the licence.
Where a surrender relates to – part of the licensed premises; or any of the activities authorized by the licence – the Commissioner shall amend the liquor licence accordingly.
