33A Updating of permit application
If a change occurs in the information provided in, or in connection with, an application for a liquor permit (including in any documents lodged with the application) before the application is determined, the applicant must give the Commissioner written particulars of the change as soon as is reasonably practicable.
If particulars of a change are given, those particulars form part of the original application.
