133 Conditions of approval
The Minister may grant an application for an approval under section 132 subject to any condition the Minister considers appropriate.
The Minister may – vary, revoke or substitute a condition of an approval; or add a condition to an approval.
A person must not contravene a condition of an approval. Fine not exceeding 1 000 penalty units.
