Application of provisions relating to offences

Current

Any provision of this Act relating to offences, enforcement and legal proceedings applies in relation to a Joint Authority fishery as if –

a reference to a licence or permit were a reference to a licence or permit issued or renewed by the relevant Joint Authority; and a reference to fish were a reference to fish to which the Joint Authority fishery relates.
