Evidence of contents of package

Current

In any proceedings for an offence under this Act, evidence that a package, receptacle or container had a mark or label indicating that the package, receptacle or container –

contained fish or a particular class of fish is evidence of that fact; or contained a specified quantity of fish is evidence of that fact; or was packed or consigned by or for a particular person is evidence of that fact.
