Issue of control order

Current

The Supreme Court – may issue the control order applied for; or if satisfied that to do so would be unreasonably harsh and unjust, may – amend the control order; or refuse to issue the control order.

A person must not contravene a control order. Fine not exceeding 1 000 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 1 year.
