False and misleading statements

Current

A person, in making any application, giving any document or stating anything to a fisheries officer, must not –

make a statement knowing it to be false or misleading; or omit any matter from a statement knowing that without that matter the statement is false or misleading.

Fine not exceeding 500 penalty units.
