Conditions of fish processing licence

Current

A fish processing licence is subject to –

the rules of a management plan applicable to that licence; and any condition specified in the licence relating to any one or more of the following matters:returns and records to be kept and provided; the alteration of premises at which fish are processed; any other matter the Minister determines.
