Allocation of total allowable catch

Current

A management plan that incorporates a total allowable catch for a species or class of fish may provide for that catch to be allocated among any or any combination of the following:

persons holding a licence to take fish of that species or class;

persons holding another kind of licence;

persons engaging in recreational fishing;

Aborigines engaging in Aboriginal activities.
