99 Deed of agreement
The Minister may enter into a deed of agreement for the right to take and acquire commercially protected fish in State waters during a period specified in the deed.
A deed of agreement is not unenforceable only because it does not fix with sufficient certainty the fee payable for future terms of the deed.
The Secretary, by notice in the Gazette and in accordance with a deed of agreement, may determine any fees payable under the deed of agreement.
