108 Notification of variation
If a council varies a rate, the general manager must notify the ratepayer in a rates notice –
of the rate as varied; and of the factor on which the variation of the rate was calculated; and of the minimum amount, if any, set under section 107(2A) in relation to the variation; and of the date on which the variation takes effect.
