114 Revocation of declaration
A council may revoke a declaration in respect of land – on the sale or conveyance of the land; or if the land is no longer farm land or urban farm land.
A revocation is to be – in writing; and sent to the owner of the land.
The owner may apply to the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal for a review of the revocation of a declaration.
