A court, in addition to, or instead of, imposing a fine under section 200(3), may make an order –

requiring the defendant – to comply with the abatement notice within a period specified in the order or any other period the court determines; and to take such further action as may be necessary to prevent the likelihood of the nuisance recurring; or requiring the council to take the necessary action to abate the nuisance.
