Operation during investigation

Current

If the Minister establishes a Board of Inquiry to investigate a single authority or joint authority, the Minister may –

order the suspension of operations of the authority; or suspend all the members of the board of management of the authority for a period not exceeding 6 months and appoint a person to carry out the functions and powers of the board of management.
