285 Voting procedure
The elector, in accordance with the instructions, is to –
mark the ballot paper; and place it in the envelope or envelopes provided; and sign the declaration; and send it by post or deliver it so that it is received before the end of the polling period by – the returning officer; or the electoral officer in charge of an issuing place.
