28P Requesting provision of information
Each of the following persons may request, in writing, the Code of Conduct Panel or Executive Officer to provide information and documents relating to the performance of its or his or her functions as specified in the request:the Minister; the Secretary of the Department; the Director; the Board.
The Code of Conduct Panel or Executive Officer is to comply with a request made under subsection (1).
