False or misleading statements

Current

A person must not, in giving any information, making a notice of nomination under section 271, filing a return or making an application under this Part–

make a statement knowing it to be false or misleading; or omit any matter from a statement knowing that without that matter the statement is misleading.

Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months.
